Fantastic place to grab a lunch or dinner. Yes not 5 star place but neither are the prices. From sandwiches to seafood to pasta it's a good place. Like a better diner.
Arrived to UES an hour earlier then necessary, I had to unwind before a presentation. Restaurant was spacious and plenty of booths were available. Needed to tweak a few things in my power point while having breakfast. Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious! Menu has plenty of breakfast options, egg-wraps, sandwich, hot and cold cereal, fruit and omelettes. I had the mushroom omelette with turkey bacon and rye toast. The omelette was served with tasty potatoes, well done and crispy. Quiet neighborhood corner eatery with a full bar for the dinner crowd.
This was a very interesting experience. I ask for a Panini Roast Beef with sautéed onions and avocado ... the plate that came to my table it was no close to a Panini, there was no bread ! Lol but honestly, they had all of the rest and in good proportion. That and the nice staff is what motivates me to go for a 4 stars rating instead of less. I actually enjoyed. Thanks for the big Roast Beef mountain.. I definitely like it !
